PITTSBURGH – June 24, 2024 – JENNMAR, a leading global provider of infrastructure products and specialized services to the civil infrastructure, solar, mining and construction industries, a member of the FalconPoint Partners portfolio, today announced that it has acquired the assets of Dumotech Industrial Products (“Dumotech”). Headquartered in Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec, Dumotech specializes in the manufacture and distribution of products and equipment for hard rock mining; It has been in business for nearly 30 years.
As part of the acquisition, JENNMAR will take over Dumotech’s operating assets as well as certain customer relationships and will continue to operate from Dumotech’s current facility in Rouyn-Noranda. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
